My Story
“Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments towards organisational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.” – Andrew Carnegie
I am a Founding and Managing Partner of Serenity Law LLP.
The firm was founded in the midst of the economic crash in 2010. It is a niche commercial law firm and provides business, commercial, real estate and dispute resolution legal services.
We specialise in the retail, hospitality and food/drink sectors.
I have been providing legal services to international clients for over a decade.
After working as a transactional lawyer, focusing on real estate and commercial law, I changed direction and specialise in international litigation. Furthermore, I have trained as an Arbitrator and Mediator.
I now specialise in dispute resolution for both UK domestic and international cross-border disputes. In addition to the court process I encourage the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration.
Over the years, I have worked with clients based in multi-jurisdictions such as the UK, Switzerland, USA, Asia and Middle East. These experiences have provided me with the insight, knowledge and communication skills to help clients achieve their objectives.
I have the skills and experience to get to the root cause quickly on complex issues, working with entrepreneurs and business owners who come from diverse cultures and communicate in several languages.
What makes Serenity Law LLP unique is that we have developed a network of
relationships with accountants, surveyors, business coaches, investment funds in the UK and lawyers internationally.
This pool of knowledge on an international and UK level enables us to work across other jurisdictions.
I am authorised and regulated by the Solicitor regulation Authority (SRA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
I write articles on changes in the law and latest legislation (see blog). I also speak at industry events.
