Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering our services. To ensure a smooth and effective experience, please review our booking policy for the call: Scheduling: Calls must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation time. Availability may vary, so we encourage early booking to secure your preferred slot. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your call, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This courtesy allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a rescheduling fee. Late Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but please note that sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to our cancellation policy. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled coaching call without prior notification are considered a no-show. No-shows may be subject to the full charge of the session without the possibility of a refund. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your call. We accept a variety of payment methods, detailed on our website or provided during the booking process. Confidentiality: All information shared before, during, and after the call is treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect. Preparation: To maximize the effectiveness of your call, we may provide materials or questions for reflection beforehand. We recommend reviewing these materials and preparing any questions or topics you wish to discuss during our session. Follow-Up: After your call, we may provide a summary of key points discussed, additional resources, or follow-up tasks to enhance your coaching experience. By booking a call, you agree to these terms, which are designed to ensure a productive and respectful environment for both coach and client.
